Una videoinstalación que explora el papel del medio acuático y los diversos procesos de vida, desnutrición e inundación ligados a él.
Se trata de una reutilización de espacios. Nuestra intervención consiste en reactivar una casa abandonada; insuflar vida a un espacio olvidado y en desuso. A través de una instalación audiovisual, pretendemos evocar la identidad y cotidianeidad riojana.

A video installation that explores the role of the aquatic environment and the diverse processes of life, malnutrition and flooding linked to it.
This addresses a re-use of spaces. Our intervention consists of reviving an abandoned house; insufflating life into a forgotten and disused space. Through an audiovisual installation, we aim to evoke the Riojan identity and daily life.

¿QUÉ ES VACIANDO-SÉ?
Formalmente se describe como una acción colectiva de mujeres para limpiar, sin más propósito que experimentar dicha acción como un proceso artístico y vivencial, un acto consciente y autónomo. Y en paralelo, registrar en vídeo la acción.
La acción propuesta parte de algunas consideraciones que no condicionan, ni agotan, ni determinan de antemano la experiencia; tales como ser una acción no-artificiosa (vinculada a lo cotidiano, doméstico, común y sencillo), útil (colaborativa y generosa), procesual (experiencial, efímera y continuada) y no-invasiva (resta más que suma, ya que no añade, altera o manipula ninguna realidad objetual sustancial).
La acción reúne a un grupo interdisciplinar de mujeres (Bellas Artes, Derecho, Arquitectura, Biología, Gestión Cultural, Comunicación Audiovisual, Bachillerato o Diseño Industrial) y diverso en procedencia geográfica (Madrid, Gran Canaria, Valencia, Bilbao, Barcelona), ocupación (práctica artística, docencia, gestión pública o empresarial) y edad.
El nexo común del grupo es su pertenencia a la Asociación Cultural Red EspacioGuía y su compromiso en investigar, experimentar, proponer y difundir prácticas de “creatividad social y desarrollo local sostenible”. Este grupo, que es una célula activa de la Asociación, constituye el colectivo “LimpiARTE”, dedicado a la realización de limpiezas conscientes en los espacios de la cultura y el arte.

WHAT IS VACIANDO-SÉ?

Es una mirada positiva del futuro que nos envolverá, como consecuencia o resultado del agotamiento del Planeta.
El modernismo, el art deco… fueron movimientos que pretendían; en cierta manera, suplir con representaciones naturales la naturaleza ausente en las ciudades.
La historia se repite pero con una abstracción diferente:
La vegetación es de papel, las sombras y el movimiento de los brotes, el aire los esculpe y el tiempo moldea y presenta la realidad del paisaje.
La luz o sus sombras son la imagen latente de la naturaleza.
El modernismo, el art deco… fueron movimientos que pretendían; en cierta manera, suplir con representaciones naturales la naturaleza ausente en las ciudades.
La historia se repite pero con una abstracción diferente:
La vegetación es de papel, las sombras y el movimiento de los brotes, el aire los esculpe y el tiempo moldea y presenta la realidad del paisaje.
La luz o sus sombras son la imagen latente de la naturaleza.
The space is composed of metaphors that symbolize natural elements. A nature that is not present.
It is a positive look of the future that will surround us, as a consequence or result of the depletion of the Planet.
Modernism, art deco . . . were movements that expected; in a certain way, to supplant with natural representations the nature absent in the cities.
History repeats itself but with a different surrounding:
The vegetation is of paper, the shadows and the movement of the shoots, the air sculpts them and time moulds and presents the reality of the landscape.
The light or its shadows are the latent image of nature.
